In the last issue we went over some of the easiest and most effective ways to maintain vibrant physical health. Keep in mind that, along with the subject material in this report, one of the best methods for healing the physical body is to simply take great care of it (perhaps with the tips you learned in the last report) and allow it to heal itself. The body is, after all, capable of incredible feats of rejuvenation and repair once it is allowed to function optimally. We are about to explore some freakishly cheap and simple methods for physical healing
The craziest thing about these is that they are so cheap and simple, yet at the same time they are also some of the most effective. It’s almost like the universe desperately wants you to be vibrantly healthy, without having to try too hard or spend a lot of money. One of the best methods in this report, which we will discuss later, is literally going to cost you $1, yet it can be used to heal the body from multitudes of serious issues.
#1: Vitamin C
Understand that this is not a new one at all. We are just beginning to rediscover the amazing properties and powers of vitamin C when taken in large doses. Even in ancient times, people knew that one could squeeze lemon juice on infections to produce anti-biotic effects. In fact, this was known long before penicillin and the whole anti-biotic movement began. Vitamin C has effective antibiotic effects, and also helps with colds, flu, tissue and cell repair, digestion, bone and tooth integrity, etc, especially when taken at high doses. The trick is to find what is known as “bowel tolerance”. The body will use as much vitamin C as it possibly can in one period of time, and will then shoot any of the excess directly into the bowels. This “bowel tolerance” will be different for each individual person, and will depend upon how much vitamin C the body “needs” to help heal itself. When using vitamin C in this way, it is very important that it is of high quality. Just using crude ascorbic acid will do more harm than good. It needs to be sourced from food. It also needs to be buffered, or these large doses can agitate the stomach and cause discomfort/nausea. Another general guideline: avoid vitamin C from China. A good reference site is vitamincfoundation.org. At any rate, do some further research to figure this out, and make sure to only use good-quality vitamin C. Take for at least 2-3 months to see surprisingly good results.
#2: Baking Soda
This is one of the cheapest, easiest ways to drastically help the body return to a state of balance during times of bad health and disease. Drinking just one teaspoon of baking soda in about 6-8 ounces of water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach will completely alkalize the whole body for a few hours, or until some other substance is put into it (ie: food, vitamins). When the body is alkaline, it is an environment that is very hard for harmful organisms to live in. This can be used to cleanse parasites and candida, or to significantly boost the immune system in battling other issues. You may be surprised at what this can be used to help you with. I can not go too far in saying this, but, again, do some research. There has been a fear of aluminum being in common baking soda. This may be the case in some brands, but good old Arm & Hammer is free of this, and can be used for this purpose. It costs less than $1. You can also find specific “aluminum free” baking soda in health food stores if this is something you’re leery of.
#3: Coffee Enemas
Coffee enemas are one of the most effective methods for detoxifying the body quickly and with minimal negative side-effects. If you can get past any resistance to this idea, you will find that this makes you feel better, fast. When you analyze how the coffee enema benefits the liver, it almost seems as if coffee was made to be used in this way. The caffeine in the coffee is quickly absorbed through the colon walls and travels directly to the liver, where it stimulates the dilation of blood vessels and, most importantly the bile duct, allowing the liver to more effectively release bile and the toxins contained within it. But along with this, the coffee, when absorbed this way, also increases the liver’s production of a very powerful detoxification enzyme known as glutathione s-transferase (GST) by up to 600%! GST works wonderfully by binding itself to toxins and also neutralizing them so they can be released painlessly and safely through the rest of the digestive system. This makes coffee enemas an amazing companion to any type of cleanse or detox, as it helps the liver more effectively eliminate toxins while simultaneously eliminating uncomfortable and debilitating detoxification side-effects. In other words, it makes cleansing much more tolerable. There are a few different methods for performing a correct coffee enema. Generally, organic coffee is recommended. I would highly recommend grinding your own, and brewing it immediately after grinding. Brew about 2-4 cups. LET IT COOL BEFORE ADMINISTERING THE ENEMA! Do your best to hold the enema for 15 minutes before releasing. Again, do some research before jumping into this one.
