I know that brainwave entrainment can be intimidating for someone, who considers him/herself as a ‘beginner’ in this technology or as a ‘beginner’ in meditation, or any other similar practice. As the human mind finds it easier to understand things by example, I will give you my personal one by saying that when I was going through the roughest patches in my life, what I wanted and needed more than anything was to just first find some peace, recharge, get some steadier footing, and find some hope and optimism.  Brainwave entrainment was great for this, because it got me meditating deeply and right away, where I could find that peace and relaxation – and a space where I could feel once more that everything was going to be alright.
